Psychological work is an investment in the architecture of your life. My fees reflect a high level of clinical training, doctoral-level research, and the absolute discretion provided within my Harley Street and digital practice.

Service Fee Description
Embodied Psychotherapy & Existential Inquiry £150
50-minute session		 This service is for individuals navigating identity, relationship dynamics, or the search for meaning. It integrates psychological rigour with somatic awareness to help you inhabit your life more fully.
Body Modification Specialist Consultation £200
50-minute session (minimum 3 sessions agreement)		 A specialist service for those navigating the psychological journey of body modification or surgical transformation. This fee reflects my doctoral expertise in the field and includes pre-surgical clarity sessions or post-operative psychological integration.

Equitable Access & Reduced Rates

I believe that deep psychological work should be accessible to those who are truly ready for it, regardless of their immediate financial circumstances.

I reserve a limited number of spaces for reduced-fee work. If you feel we are a strong match, but my standard fees are currently out of reach, I invite you to send a brief “Application to work together” email to ilia@theshiftingself.com.

Insurance & Professional Standards

I am an approved provider for several major insurers. Working through insurance requires a high level of clinical accountability and data protection, which is central to my practice. Approved Insurers:
  • Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Cigna
  • Please contact your provider to ensure your policy covers a Psychologist (HCPC) or Psychotherapist (UKCP) before our first session.
My Commitment to Your Privacy: My practice is fully compliant with UK GDPR, HCPC, and UKCP Ethical Standards. When working with insurers or third-party processors, your data is handled with the highest level of security.
  • Clinical Records: For legal and insurance purposes, clinical notes are securely retained for 7 years.
  • Confidentiality: Your therapy remains private. While I participate in professional supervision to ensure clinical quality, your identity is always anonymised.
  • Secure Systems: I utilize encrypted, ISO-certified systems (WriteUpp, Zoom, and Google Workspace Business) to ensure that our digital boundaries and your personal data remain impenetrable.
